Not too much exciting going on, hence the lack of update last week. I’m continuing to work on the finance project to move from Excel to SQL - thankfully, that is nearly done. I’ve also continued on our security audit to review users and what access they actually need. Plus, the usual work on adding steps to our nightly ETL process and keeping the warehouse as healthy as we can.
In hobby news, I have made good progress at painting my miniatures for the Scythe board game. Two factions’ mechs are done, with a third half way through. After that I might try painting some of the characters, or paint one mech from each of the other five factions to get an idea of colour schemes.
No progress on the Octopus project this week. We’ll see if I can make some time this week.
